Ambassador: Diana Wilcox

Rooted in a lifelong passion for movement and athleticism, Diana’s journey to yoga began the moment she stepped into her first power vinyasa class, shortly after concluding her collegiate diving career. Throughout her life, body awareness and dynamic athleticism have been central to Diana’s identity. With a background in competitive dance, ice skating, and gymnastics, she later shifted her focus to collegiate diving at the University of Texas in Austin, where she earned accolades as a 2-time All-American and MVP.

Yoga ignited the same fire Diana experienced in her athletic pursuits. She was deeply inspired by the power of the breath, the mind-body connection, and the limitless possibilities that emerge when you surrender resistance and embrace your edge.

Diana’s teaching and practice integrate exciting inversions, athletic sequencing, and playful transitions. Her classes are an invitation to dance with your edge, turn your world upside down, and uncover the next level of your potential.

When not in the studio, you’ll find Diana training for her next marathon, wake surfing on Lake Austin, or enjoying a glass of wine with friends. Her mantra? Work hard, play hard, and discover new possibilities along the way.
